BIO: Stanley Wilson Williams (Big Daddy) was born in 1936 in Enfield, NH and died in 2021 in Laughlin, NV. He played major league baseball from 1958 to 1972 as pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers, New York Yankees, Cleveland Indians, Minnesota Twins, St. Louis Cardinals and the Boston Red Sox, appeared in the 1959, 1963 and 1970 World Series, and was selected in 1960 as an All-Star. After retiring Williams managed the Bristol Red Sox in 1974, then coached the Boston Red Sox (1975-1976), Chicago White Sox (1977-1978), New York Yankees (1980-1982), Cincinnati Reds (1984), Yankees again (1987-1988), Reds again (1990-1991), and Seattle Mariners (1998-1999).
