BIO: Ronald Dale Kittle was born in 1958 in Gary, IN. He played major league baseball from 1982 to 1991 as outfielder, 1st baseman and DH for the Chicago White Sox, New York Yankees, Cleveland Indians and the Baltimore Orioles, and was selected in 1983 as an All-Star. Kittle was the 1983 American League Rookie of the Year. After his playing days, Kittle became a manager with the Merrilville Mud Dogs and Schaumburg Flyers. Kittle founded Indiana Sports Charities in 1989 and still serves as the Chairman.
