BIO: Ralph Alton McLeod was born in 1916 in North Quincy, MA and died in 2007 in Weymouth, MA. He played major league baseball for a single season in 6 games in 1938 as outfielder for the Boston Bees. Following his big league career, he served in the Army during World War II and was a firefighter in Quincy, Massachusetts for over 30 years.
