BIO: Paul Edmore LaPalme (Lefty) was born in 1923 in Springfield, MA and died in 2010 in Leominster, MA. He played major league baseball from 1951 to 1957 as pitcher for the Pittsburgh Pirates, St. Louis Cardinals, Cincinnati Reds and the Chicago White Sox.
