BIO: James Gorman (III) Thomas was born in 1950 in Charleston, SC and went to college at Charleston Southern University. He played major league baseball from 1973 to 1986 as outfielder for the Milwaukee Brewers, Cleveland Indians, Seattle Mariners and the Milwaukee Brewers, appeared in the 1982 World Series, and was selected in 1981 as an All-Star.
