BIO: Cecil Randolph (Jr.) Hundley (Rebel) was born in 1942 in Martinsville, VA. He played major league baseball from 1964 to 1977 as catcher for the San Francisco Giants, Chicago Cubs, Minnesota Twins and the San Diego Padres, and was selected in 1969 as an All-Star.

Charles Andrew Peterson was born in 1942 in Tacoma, WA and died in 1980 in Tacoma, WA. He played major league baseball from 1962 to 1969 as outfielder for the San Francisco Giants, Washington Senators and the Cleveland Indians. Peterson broke into the majors in 1962 shortly after he turned 20 years old. He had been the MVP the same season in the Texas League. He died at the age of 37 of kidney disease.

Antonio Nemesio (Sanchez) Taylor was born in 1935 in Central Alava, Cuba and died in 2020 in Hialeah, FL. He played major league baseball from 1958 to 1976 as infielder for the Chicago Cubs, Philadelphia Phillies and the Detroit Tigers, and was selected in 1960 as an All-Star. He worked for the Phillies as a minor league manager during the 1980s, managing the Spartanburg Traders and later the Oklahoma City 89ers in 1982, the Peninsula Pilots in 1983, the Reading Phillies in 1985, and the Utica Blue Sox in 1986 and 1987. He was a major league coach for the Phillies from 1977 to 1979 and again in 1988 and 1989. He was later a major league coach for the Florida Marlins from 1999 to 2004.

Hobert Neal Landrith was born in 1930 in Decatur, IL and died in 2023 in Sunnyvale, CA. He went to college at Michigan State University. He played major league baseball from 1950 to 1963 as catcher for the Cincinnati Reds, Chicago Cubs, St. Louis Cardinals, San Francisco Giants, New York Mets, Baltimore Orioles and the Washington Senators. His 14 year major league career totals show that he appeared in 772 games behind the plate, fielding at a .983 percentage, and had a .233 career batting average with 34 home runs. In Where Have You Gone, Vince DiMaggio? Edward Kiersh wrote of Hobie, "At every stop, he was a hitless wonder who became the manager's right hand man, and he stayed in the majors fourteen years. When he retired in 1963 he turned down several coaching offers and used his charm and personality in public relations and later as director of sales for 45 Volkswagen dealeships in Northern California."
