BIO: Alfonso Rafael Garcia was born in 1953 in Martinez, CA. He played major league baseball from 1976 to 1985 as infielder for the Baltimore Orioles, Houston Astros and the Philadelphia Phillies, and appeared in the 1979 World Series.
