BIO: John Charles Werhas (Peaches) was born in 1938 in Highland Park, MI and went to college at the University of Southern California. He played major league baseball from 1964 to 1967 as 1st and 3rd baseman for the Los Angeles Dodgers and the California Angels. After baseball, Werhas became a pastor. His daughter married Dan Naulty. Werhas and Naulty helped found a church after Naulty's baseball career was over.
