See scans for signature quality and photo condition. BIO: John Anthony Castino was born in 1954 in Evanston, IL and went to college at Rollins College. He played major league baseball from 1979 to 1984 as 2nd and 3rd baseman for the Minnesota Twins. Castino was the 1979 Rookie of the Year whose career ended prematurely due to chronic back pain. He later went back to college, getting his degree with honors from Rollins College in 1984. He went on to get an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. In 1987, he became an investment advisor. As of 2005, he was senior vice president at Wealth Enhancement Group in Wayzata, MN, where he works with his cousin Jay Feely, formerly with the Atlanta Falcons football team. SKU: L08129
