BIO: Eugene Moore Jr. (Rowdy) was born in 1909 in Lancaster, TX and died in 1978 in Jackson, MS. He played major league baseball from 1931 to 1945 as outfielder for the Cincinnati Reds, St. Louis Cardinals, Boston Bees, Brooklyn Dodgers, Boston Braves, Washington Senators and the St. Louis Browns, appeared in the 1944 World Series, and was selected in 1937 as an All-Star.
