See scans for conition and signature quality. BIO: Frederick Raymond Ostermueller was born in Quincy, IL and died in 1957 in Quincy, IL. He played major league baseball from 1934 to 1948 as pitcher for the Boston Red Sox, St. Louis Browns, Brooklyn Dodgers, and the Pittsburgh Pirates. Thomas George Heath was born in 1913 in Akron, CO and died in 1967 in Los Gatos, CA at the age of 53. He played major league baseball from 1935 to 1938 as catcher for the St. Louis Browns. He was somewhat better known for his 18-year career as a minor league manager (1947-1964), where he worked in the New York Giants and Los Angeles Angels farm systems, and in between skippered four Pacific Coast League clubs between 1952 and 1961. As manager of the Giants' Minneapolis Millers AAA affiliate (1949-1951), he sent players such as Willie Mays and Hoyt Wilhelm — both members of the Baseball Hall of Fame — to the major leagues. In 1948, he managed the Trenton Giants to the Interstate League Championship, the only title he won during his managerial career.
