BIO: Edwin Joseph Lagger was born in 1912 in Joliet, IL and died in 1981 in Joliet, IL. He went to college at the University of Notre Dame and Northwestern University. He played major league baseball for a single season in 8 games in 1934 as pitcher for the Philadelphia Athletics.
