See scans for signature quality and photo condition. BIO: Edward Frederick Joseph Yost (The Walking Man) was born in 1926 in Brooklyn, NY and died in 2012 in Wellesley, MA. He played major league baseball from 1944 to 1962 as 3rd baseman for the Washington Senators, Detroit Tigers and the Los Angeles Angels, and was selected in 1952 as an All-Star. His uncanny ability to draw walks coined his nickname. After his playing career ended, Yost spent many seasons as a big league coach with the Los Angeles Angels, Washington Senators, New York Mets, and Boston Red Sox. He was also interim manager for one game with the 1963 Senators. SKU: X01628
