BIO: Donald Frederick Mueller (Mandrake The Magician) was born in 1927 in St. Louis, MO and died in 2011 in St. Louis, MO. He played major league baseball from 1948 to 1959 as outfielder for the New York Giants and the Chicago White Sox, appeared in the 1954 World Series, and was selected in 1954 and 1955 as an All-Star. Mueller is the son of Walter Mueller, who was also a National League outfielder in the 1920's (for the Pittsburgh Pirates).
