BIO: Harold Delano (Jr.) Wynegar was born in 1956 in York, PA. He played major league baseball from 1976 to 1988 as catcher for the Minnesota Twins, New York Yankees and the California Angels, and was selected twice as an All-Star. After his playing career ended, Wynegar became a minor league manager and was the Texas Rangers roving minor league batting instructor from 1998 to 2002. He joined the Milwaukee Brewers as batting coach in 2003. After the 2006 season, Wynegar was named hitting coach of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees.
