COMMENTS / CONDITION: Original 3"x5" snapshot photo of two Red Sox players pictured with one's wife? (or possibly one player with a pair of fans?) taken in the stands at Fenway Park circa 1941. Any help in identifying one or both players would be appreciated. See detailed scan photo condition. This photo originates from a charming little photograph album which provides a fan's eye view of Fenway's finest by way of one-of-a-kind snapshots snapped inside and just outside the hallowed baseball grounds. Most are portraits of the players themselves, with a number being signed by their respective subjects. As these photos were previously affixed in the aforementioned album, each at least some remnant or residue from the typical black scrapbook-type pages to which they were affixed. Otherwise, the backs are unmarked. The cover of the album itself is dated 1941, with the photos all appearing to date to that period.
