He played major league baseball from 1986 to 2001 as pitcher for the Texas Rangers, Oakland Athletics, Florida Marlins, St. Louis Cardinals, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Cleveland Indians and the Arizona Diamondbacks, and appeared in the 2001 World Series. On June 30, 1997, Witt became the first American League pitcher in 25 years to hit a home run. It came off Ismael Valdez in an interleague game at Dodger Stadium. SKU: X02771
