BIO: Arthur Henry (Jr.) Howe was born in 1946 in Pittsburgh, PA and went to college at the University of Wyoming. He played major league baseball from 1974 to 1985 as infielder for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Houston Astros and the St. Louis Cardinals.
