Jeffrey John Hornacek was born in 1963 in Elmhurst, IL. He played professional basketball from 1986 to 2000 as Point Guard for the Phoenix Suns, Philadelphia 76ers and the Utah Jazz, and was selected in 1992 as an All-Star.
