He played professional basketball from 1988 to 1999 as point guard for the Detroit Pistons, Phoenix Suns, Charlotte Honets, Indiana Pacers, Minnesota Timberwolves and the Toronto Raptors, and appeared in 1989 NBA Finals. Jeffery Douglas West was born in 1967 in Altoona, PA and went to college at Villanova University.
