BIO: Jeffrey Dale Parrett was born in 1961 in Indianapolis, IN and went to college at the University of Kentucky. He played major league baseball from 1986 to 1996 as pitcher for the Montreal Expos, Philadelphia Phillies, Atlanta Braves, Oakland.
