BIO: Rey Francisco (Santiago) Quinones was born in 1963 in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. He played major league baseball from 1986 to 1989 as shortstop for the Boston Red Sox, Seattle Mariners and the Pittsburgh Pirates.
