BIO: John David Wathan was born in 1949 in Cedar Rapids, IA and went to college at the University of San Diego. He played major league baseball from 1976 to 1985 as catcher, outfielder and 1st baseman for the Kansas City Royals, and appeared in the 1980 and 1985 World Series. In 1996 and 1997, Wathan was a Royals television broadcaster, and as of this writing is Special Assistant to Player Development/Scouting for the club. He is the father of Dusty Wathan and Derek Wathan.

Gregory Russell Pryor was born in 1949 in Marietta, OH and went to college at Florida Southern College. He played major league baseball from 1976 to 1986 as infielder for the Texas Rangers, Chicago White Sox and the Kansas City Royals, and appeared in the 1985 World Series.
