If you have any questions about a particular piece, please ask before the auction ends. BIO: Bruce Anton Bochte was born in 1950 in Pasadena, CA and went to college at Santa Clara University. He played major league baseball from 1974 to 1986 as 1st baseman and outfielder for the California Angels, Cleveland Indians, Seattle Mariners and the Oakland Athletics, and was selected in 1979 as an All-Star. During his playing days, Bochte took a great interest in environmental issues, and after his baseball career ended, he spent time working for the Center for the Story of the Universe in San Francisco, where he has studied cosmology.
