BIO: David Martin Rader was born in 1948 in Claremore, OK. He played major league baseball from 1971 to 1980 as catcher for the San Francisco Giants, St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago Cubs, Philadelphia Phillies and the Boston Red Sox.
