BIO: Raymond Emmitt Dandridge was born in 1913 in Richmond, VA and died in 1994 in Palm Bay, FL. Dandridge was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1987 as a player with the Negro Leagues, and was considered by many to be the greatest third baseman in Negro League history.
