BIO: Earl Welton Caldwell (Teach) was born in Sparks, TX and died in 1981 in Mission, TX. He played major league baseball from 1928 to 1948 as pitcher for the Philiadelphia Phillies, St. Louis Browns, Chicago White Sox and the Boston Red Sox.
