PROMISING ROOKIES WITH THE GIANTS AT SAN ANTONEHere is Walter "Waddy" MacPhee, former Princeton star, who is making a bid for a regular berth with the Word's Champion Giants. Wally is being grooed for the third base utility job, and played in a few games at the tail end of last season. (Indeed, Waddy made it into a total of 2 games in the majors, both with the Giants in 1922, making photos of him in a Giants uniform extremely scarce).
